Many important roads in the Selkirk Mountains, including Trout Creek, Myrtle Creek, Ball and 20-mile road, remain closed because of dramatic landslide damage.

Twenty-mile may reopen within a month and Myrtle Creek could be accessible by late July, Bonners Ferry Ranger District officials say. However, there still are no estimates for Trout Creek and Ball roads because of damage and snow. , DataTimes
