Woman Charged With Love Triangle Murder

Compiled From Wire Services

A 37-year-old Tukwila woman has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of another woman after they both were romantically involved with the same man.

Patricia Lynn Crowl was charged Thursday in King County Superior Court in the May 14 slaying of Shawn Beatrice Wallace, 26, of SeaTac.

Wallace’s body was found May 19, dumped in Tukwila.

Charging papers say Crowl was involved with a man who had fathered a child by Wallace. Crowl allegedly told police that Wallace came to her home, and the two fought over the man. She said Wallace hit her with a wrench, and that she then hit Wallace with the wrench and choked her.

Crowl’s ex-husband, Jonathan Adam Henry, 34, was charged with rendering criminal assistance for helping to move Wallace’s body.

Crowl was held in the King County Jail in lieu of $250,000 bail, and Henry in lieu of $25,000 bail. Both are scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday.
