The Bi-County League became a big mishmash on Friday, courtesy of new league member Odessa.

Joel Hardung and Daniel Pitts combined for 213 rushing yards as Odessa (6-2, 4-2), one year removed from the B-8 level, surprised B-11 fourth-ranked Davenport (6-2, 4-2) with a 34-18 decision at Odessa.

Odessa’s win created a four-way tie for second place in the league. Three teams advance to the playoffs, including league champion Reardan.

Odessa hosts another 4-2 team, Wilbur-Creston, on Friday when the league season ends. Liberty, also 4-2, must travel to Reardan. Davenport is at home against Ritzville.

Odessa’s Scott Kramer completed 11 of 20 passes for 156 yards. The Tigers had 385 total yards.

Mike Samuels rushed for 144 yards on 27 carries and the Wildcats (6-2, 4-2) defeated the visiting Broncos (3-5, 2-4) at Wilbur.

W-C’s Sorrell Katich completed 9 of 16 for 105 yards. Ritzville’s Alan Hille carried 16 times for 93 yards.

Jared Flaa rushed for 149 yards and Aaron Landreth for 127, both on four carries, as the top-ranked Indians (8-0, 6-0) defeated the battered Warriors (1-7, 0-6) at Reardan.
