Virgin Mary To Make Her Last ‘Public Appearance’

Associated Press

Nancy Fowler says she’ll be getting her last message from the Virgin Mary next year. If form follows tradition, that would be Oct. 13, 1998.

Thousands of people have flocked to Fowler’s farm since 1990 to hear what she claims is advice from the Virgin Mary on how to live a spiritual life.

“I understand from Our Lady that next year will be the last of her public messages,” Fowler said. “His Mother said my life will continue, but the public messages will come to an end.”

This year, some 30,000 people turned out to hear Fowler, who told the crowd the image of the virgin appeared inside her home at 1:20 p.m. and remained for eight minutes. Fowler told the crowd to pray, mend their ways and make daily sacrifices.

This year, she said the image of an embryo, representing human life, appeared behind the Virgin Mary. She also said she warned of a great war.

Fowler maintains that the Virgin Mary appears before her in a room and asks her to deliver the messages.
