Today’s Fashion Quest

New York’s Fashion Week steamed up Tuesday with a rather racy presentation. Ellen Tracy, Richard Tyler and Mark Eisen were among designers in the lead with ways to conceal or reveal the body. The $250 million Ellen Tracy company, design example above, caters to what the fashion industry calls real women, who demand clothes that are wearable but fun. They typically favor classics with a taste of the trends. Everything was paired with bare legs and the highest of heels, plus the shortest of skirts, which will gain several inches before they make it to store racks.
