Post Falls Boy Dies When Car Hits His Bike

A 13-year-old boy riding a bicycle was killed Monday when he was hit by a car in Post Falls.

The unidentified boy was on his bike in front of Harper’s Furniture at 1500 Seltice Way about 6:15 p.m. when the accident occurred, Idaho State Police troopers said.

Two people in the car attempted to leave the scene of the accident. They were arrested and remained jailed late Monday, troopers said.
