Dear Heloise: I’ve got a few secrets that make it a lot easier to keep my bathroom clean.

First, I use a good car wax on my tile in the shower about every six months. (Caution: Only the walls; you don’t want to slip.

Then, every time I clean the glass shower door, I finish it off by wiping it down with lemon oil furniture polish. This really helps with water spots and scum buildup and you don’t have to use harsh chemicals. It makes cleaning a whole lot easier. - L. Buettner, Omaha, Neb.
