Teens Force Semi-Truck Off I-90

From Staff And Wire Reports

Two teenagers driving a stolen car forced a semi-truck off Interstate 90 on top of Lookout Pass while running from sheriff’s deputies before they were arrested Tuesday in Montana.

Deputies from Shoshone County and Mineral County chased the pair for several miles at speeds ranging from 40 to 90 mph.

Montana Highway Patrol officers laid spikes across the freeway west of Superior, Mont., to flatten the tires. The pair finally stopped after getting off the freeway east of Superior, the Shoshone County sheriff’s department said.

Both teens were being held in the Mineral County Jail. The car had been reported stolen from Spokane.

No one was injured in the chase. , DataTimes
