Prison Releases

The following prison releases were reported by the Washington Department of Corrections:

Hope Sanchez Sentenced in Pierce County to five years, seven months for second-degree murder, Sanchez was released to Spokane County after serving four years, three months and 24 days.

Anthony Lazanis Sentenced in Spokane County to two years for vehicular homicide, Lazanis was released to Spokane County after serving five months and 11 days.

Cephas Parham Sentenced in Spokane County to two years, 10 months for vehicular homicide, Parham was released to Grant County after serving five months and 11 days.

Tuoc Pham Sentenced in Spokane County to six years, six months for rape of child, Pham was released to U.S. Immigration after serving five years, two months and 16 days.

Ross Walkinshaw Sentenced in Snohomish County to five years, six months for rape of child, Walkinshaw was released to Spokane County after serving four years, seven months and five days.

James Brown Sentenced in Spokane County to three years for rape of child, Brown was released to Snohomish County after serving one year, six months and 12 days.

Leroy Yowell Sentenced in Spokane County to five years, four months for violent sexual abuse of a child, Yowell was released to King after serving three years, nine months and 20 days.

Zackery Laclair Sentenced in Juvenile Court to three years, four months for violent sexual abuse of a child, Laclair was released to Spokane County after serving two years and 18 days.

Chad Barge Sentenced in Spokane County to four years, three months for violent sexual abuse of a child, Barge was released to Spokane County after serving three years, 11 months and 10 days.

Victor Camyn Sentenced in Spokane County to two years for sexual abuse of a child, Camyn was released to Spokane County after serving one year, two months and 16 days.

Robert Schwendiman Sentenced in Spokane County to one year, three months for sexual abuse of a child, Schwendiman was released to Whitman County after serving three months and 21 days.

Chuck Carpenter Sentenced in Spokane County to one year, three months for sexual abuse of a child, Carpenter was released to Spokane County after serving nine months and 15 days.
