Analysis

The Seahawks’ horrid loss to New Orleans last week might be the one that haunts them if they miss the playoffs. Seattle can diminish the damage by defeating Kansas City. Dennis Erickson is still looking for his first win over the Chiefs. This will be his sixth chance. Both teams have long injury lists. Seattle’s secondary, which will be without two starters, could be susceptible, but second-string quarterback Rich Gannon isn’t exactly climbing up All-Pro lists. By the narrowest of margins, Seattle takes this one as Warren Moon bounces back from a rare off performance. , DataTimes
