Mr. And Mrs. Burk Spokane

Rodger and Thelma Burk, Spokane, will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary with an open house from 2 to 5 p.m., Saturday, at the home of their son and daughter-in-law, Thomas and Carolyn Burk.

Also hosting the event will be their other children and spouses: Larry and Carol Nelson, Albuquerque, N.M.; James and Beverly Burk, Forks, Wash.; and Jack and Elsa Burk, Spokane.

The Burks were married Oct. 10, 1937, in Waterloo, Iowa. They have 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
