Secret Witness Targets Suspect With 28 Convictions

Secret Witness is targeting a suspect in a series of business burglaries around Spokane.

Fred William Nolan, Jr., 27, already has 28 convictions, nearly all of them for burglary, theft, possession of stolen property and trespassing.

Nolan is 5-foot-8, 140 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Secret Witness is offering a cash reward for information that leads to Nolan’s arrest. Anyone with information is asked to call 327-5111. Callers do not have to use their name to be eligible for the cash reward.
