Web Site Can Help Your Eating Habits

The Washington Post

Add this Web site to your list of bookmarks: www.cyberdiet.com. It’ll tell you everything you did or didn’t want to know about what you should be eating.

The site, designed by a registered dietitian, is personalized and interactive: You type in your sex, age, weight, height and frame size, and it tells you whether you’re in the desired weight range.

It’ll also tell you the amount of calories, fat and so on that you should be eating, at that weight or a lower one. And when you type in your age and weight, it tells you how many calories you’ll burn doing various activities, from chopping and splitting wood to having sex.

The site also has meal plans, recipes and nutrition information on everything from bagels to burgers.
