Bomb In Basque City Near Cycling Event

A car bomb exploded Saturday in the Basque city of San Sebastian. At least three people were injured, according to TV reports.

The blast occurred Saturday afternoon near where the World Cycling Championships are being held in the northern coastal city. Witnesses said they saw one vehicle that had been destroyed by the blast.

National television said initial reports indicated that at least three people were injured.

There was no immediate claim of responsibility.
