In the seventh race, Finnish Royalty has 14 wins at Playfair, five of them this year. In the ninth, at a testing 1 miles, Funnymoney Habit goes for his own 14th local victory. Like Finnish Royalty, he won his last and has the best Beyer rating at the distance. The 10th-race field includes Jacob Brown, nine times a winner here for his career. However, he’ll get some argument from Souhiel, who made it 5x14 at Playfair last time out.

Saturday was a winning night. But, maddeningly, second picks won three more races for 23 in eight days.
