How is your PMA? It you get to be a part of the Hugh O’Brien Youth leadership conference, we guarantee it will be outstanding.

PMA is Positive Mental Attitude, one of the many strengths we as HOBY ambassadors gained from our experience at a HOBY conference. The all-expense paid conference cultivates the leadership ability of Eastern Washington high school sophomores. The four-day conference at Gonzaga University is fun-filled and action-packed, and gave you the chance to speak with local law enforcers, politicians, media figures and others.

As ambassadors to HOBY we learned the dynamics of good leadership while maintaining a level of enthusiasm we have never seen before.

If you’re interested in becoming a HOBY ambassador from your school, see your counselor for an application. Nominations for ambassadors are due before Nov. 10.
