Kootenai County Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Patricia A. Neumeyer 48, Spokane, insufficient funds checks, $2,500 bond.

Brian D. Schlecht 35, Athol, possession of cocaine, $5,000 bond.

Roger D. Thurlow 29, Sandpoint, failure to appear/first appearance for insufficient funds checks, $1,000 bond.
