Pentzer Expands Marketing Group

Pentzer Corp. has added another company to its Creative Solutions Group, which specializes in in-store marketing and displays.

With Proco Wood Products of Minneapolis, the group’s sales will exceed $110 million, said Pentzer Vice President Jan Plester.

Proco employs 65 who produce displays for high-end retailers around the country, she said.

Pentzer, a subsidiary of Washington Water Power Co., bought 100 percent of Proco, but management of the Minnesota company will remain in place, Plester said.

Proco is the 11th company rolled into the Creative Solutions Group, which will debut as a single entity next month at a trade show in New York.
