The Three Stooges, those screwball stars of early ‘60s movies and TV, with the irrepressible Curly, above, are now stars of the Internet. But heirs of the comedy troupe are not laughing, claiming the operators, Comedy III Productions, are using unauthorized photos, videos and other collectibles. The punch line drum roll for that old fist boink is a suit filed in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles.
