Fred Wiyrick Springdale, Wash.

Service for Fred Wiyrick, 74, will be at 10 a.m. today at Thornhill Valley Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Pines Cemetery.

Mr. Wiyrick, who was born in Quincy, Ill., died Wednesday.

He served in the Army Air Force during World War II.

Mr. Wirick was mayor of Springdale from 1974 to 1977.

He owned and operated Fred’s Payless Septic Service.

Survivors include his wife, Martha; two sons, David Wiyrick of Spokane and Bill Wiyrick of Coulee Dam; a sister, Mildred Haller of Chewelah, Wash; 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Lydia Sadowksi Spokane

Visitation for Lydia Sadowski, 95, will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday at Thornhill Valley Funeral Home. Service is set for 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Sadowski, who was born Poland, died Wednesday.

She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband.

Survivors include three daughters, Nelly Foster and Freida Nierenberg, both of Spokane, and Ida Prater of Florence, Ore.; two sons, Adolf Sadowski of Spokane and Erwin Sadowski of Seattle; 19 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.

Memorial contributions may be made to Gethsemane Evangelical Lutheran Church.

Irene (Albright) Morgan Spokane

Sevice for Irene R. (Albright) Morgan, 77, was Friday at Sunset Mausoleum Chapel at Fairmount Memorial Park.

Mrs. Morgan, a lifetime Spokane resident, died Tuesday.

She was a 1938 graduate of North Central High School.

Mrs. Morgan was a homemaker.

She married Don Morgan in the late 1940’s. Due to airline transfers, they lived in various cities, including Great Falls, Mont., Seattle, Portland and the San Fernando Valley. In 1960 they moved to Spokane and owned and operated the Wayside Inn, later known as Morgan’s Half Moon Inn, for 25 years.

Mrs. Morgan was an associate member of 57th Bomb Wing Association.

Her survivors include her husband, Don; four daughters, Darline Flinn of Spokane, Donna Kendall of Deer Park, Rosanne Burchett of Wild Rose Prairie and Carol Samberg of Federal Way, Wash; a brother, Edwin Albright of Deer Lake, Wash; 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be mae to the North Central High School Scholarship Fund.

Carl Fry, Sr. Sequim, Wash.

Memorial Mass for Carl E. Fry, Sr. 84, will be at 2:30 p.m. today at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Inurnment will follow at Fairmount Memorial Park. Hennessey-Smith Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Fry, who was born in Spokane, died Oct. 10.

He owned Multi Sales and Services from 1947 to 1973 and was General Manager of Rusco Northwest from 1973 to 1977, when he retired.

Mr. Fry moved to Sequim 15 years ago.

He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and the Spokane Home Builders Association.

He is survived by his wife, Nellie; two sons, Stewart and Carl Fry Jr. both of Spokane; two daughters, Carla McMacken and Alison Herdener, both of Vancouver, Wash.; 15 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

Luciel Hewitt Spokane

Service for Luciel Hewitt, 81, will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Pines Mausoleum. Hazen and Jaeger Valley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Hewitt, who was born in Eckley, Colo., died Wednesday.

She was a homemaker and had been a resident of Spokane for 75 years.

Her husband, Glenn Hewitt, died in 1972.

Survivors include a son, Melvin Hewitt of Capistrano Beach, Calif.; nine grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Kevin Page Spokane

Memorial service for Kevin Michael Page, 30, will be at 11 a.m. today at Valley Foursquare Church. Thornhill Valley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Page, a lifetime resident of Spokane, died Wednesday.

He served in the Marine Corps from 1985 to 1988.

Mr. Page worked at Kim Hotstart Manufacturing as an auto mechanic and was a member of Valley Foursquare Church.

He is survived by his wife, Jill; a daughter, Mykenna; his mother, Jacque Smith; his father, Mike Page; his stepmothers, Carla Page and Nadine Page; three brothers, Shawn and Chris Page, both of Spokane, and Jason Griffith of Grensboro, N.C.; a sister, Corine Tufteland of Woodinville, Wash.; his grandparents, Don and Bernadine Page of Lacey, Wash., and Adeline Lystad, and Erine and Anne Wright, all of Spokane; and his great-grandmother, Jean Kintner.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia Society.
