LAST WEEK’S QUESTION

If you could go to a school with 2,000 students or one with 100 students, which would you choose and why?

“I would go to a school with 2,000 students because you would get more of a chance to meet a different variety of people … and it would be more fun.” - Bree Frost, University senior.

“I would choose the school with 2,000 people because, due to the larger number of students, there would be a lot of cultures and interests and that would mean more variety of clubs and classes.” - Kim Glore, Lakeside sophomore.

“I would do a 100-student (school) because I could get to know them better and because the classes would be smaller.” Steven Niska, 8th grade, Garry Middle School.

“I would rather go to a school with 100 students because you would get to know everyone better and you could have more activities within the school because it would be cheaper to pay for less people. And you could have more one-on-one time with teachers.” - Sara Joynes, 8th grade, Evergreen Junior High.

“I would choose the 2,000 school because I think there would be more people that if you didn’t make friends with a couple of people that were in the 100 group, you could always go out and choose some of the other ones. And, things wouldn’t get around as quick.” - Lissa Quick, West Valley sophomore.
