All Work, No Play …

Corporate America is getting employees to play together in hopes of fostering cooperation when they get back to work. Companies eager to join the fun offer team-building workshops, and adventure programs like Outward Bound have become a multimillion-dollar industry. Last week, cosmetics giant Estee Lauder sent its entire New York sales promotion department to the Central Park Conservancy’s Professional Development Program for a day of exercises on the lush park grounds.
