Ear’s To You, Champ

Evander Holyfield, above, isn’t too sweet on a candy maker’s latest creation: ear-shaped chocolates that have Mike Tyson-sized bites taken out of them. Lawyers for the heavyweight boxing champ, who lost a chunk of his ear when chomped on by Tyson in their June 28 bout, have sent the Candy Factory a cease-and-desist letter to halt sales of the “Earvander-Tyson Bites.” The notice accuses the company of using the champ’s likeness without his permission and demands that the Candy Factory stop selling the chocolates and turn over sale proceeds. The company said it won’t stop selling the ears, even if it means a tussle in court.
