Should Be Another Great Season For Geese If Weather Cooperates
This should be another outstanding year for goose hunters if the birds are not forced out of the region by deep snow and sub-freezing temperatures.
Idaho will open its goose season Oct. 4; Washington’s general season opens Oct. 11, although bird numbers are so good this year, the state offered its first statewide early goose hunt running from Sept. 6-13.
Daily goose bag limits are four a day in both states.
