Clackamas Deputies Secure Area Where Skeletal Remains Found

Clackamas County sheriff’s deputies Saturday cordoned off an area north of here where children found skeletal human remains.

Spokesman Damon Coates said the gender and age of the person could not be determined and that the remains were being turned over to the state medical examiner’s office.

He said the remains were found in an area dense with berry bushes.
