Kootenai County Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. FELONIES

Shane A. Schilling 31, Spokane, failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance, $7,500 bond.

Rebecca K. Stafford 42, Coeur d’Alene, parole violation/grand theft, $2,000 bond.

MISDEMEANORS

Steven A. Alexander 27, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, $600 bond.

Daniel L. Brunke 29, Bayview, Idaho, contempt/driving while suspended, $122 bond.

David C. Freeman 33, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $215 bond.

Timothy M. Griffin 44, Spirit Lake, Idaho, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $373 bond.

Brian D. Hels 39, Rathdrum, Idaho, contempt/no driver’s license, inattentive driving, possession of paraphernalia, $778 bond.

Sean McKeen 24, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/ malicious injury to property, inattentive driving, $230 bond.

Gary R. Messinger 29, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/battery, resisting arrest, malicious injury to property, $533 bond.

Jason C. Meyer 24, Plummer, Idaho, contempt/resisting arrest, $353 bond.

Colleen S. Pilgrim 34, Post Falls, contempt/ invalid driver’s license, $153 bond.

Timothy G. Raymond 23, Coeur d’Alene, contempt and failure to appear/driving while suspended, $428 bond, four days in jail.
