Two Ritzville Teens Hurt In Icy I-90 Rollover

A Ritzville, Wash., teen remained in serious condition at Deaconess Medical Center Wednesday after she lost control of her car on an icy road, Washington State Patrol troopers said.

Reina I. Spencer, 17, suffered a possible broken neck when her car flipped over on Interstate 90 about 5:20 p.m., troopers said.

A passenger, Elizabeth A. Buckner, 16, of Ritzville, suffered minor injuries.

Spencer was eastbound on I-90 near Four Lakes when she lost control of the car, which slid broadside into the median and rolled, troopers said.
