Rathdrum Residents Sue Over Zone Change

Two residents east of Rathdrum, Idaho, are suing Kootenai County over a zone change commissioners approved allowing a storage facility near the plaintiffs’ property.

Yvonne and Mike Stine filed the lawsuit Monday against the commissioners, asking for them to repeal the zone change.

The zone change the commissioners approved Nov. 26 violates the Kootenai County Comprehensive Plan, the Stines charge.
