Prison Releases

The following prison releases were reported by the Washington Department of Corrections in October and November:

Chuck Carpenter Sentenced in Spokane County to one year, three months for sexual abuse of a child, Carpenter was released to Spokane County after serving nine months and 15 days.

Ellery Johnson Sentenced in Spokane County to four years for sex crime, Johnson was released to Spokane County after serving one year, eight months and nine days.

Brandon Hensley Sentenced in Spokane County to four years, six months for first-degree robbery, Hensley was released to Spokane County after serving three years, 10 months and 12 days.

Jeffery Tipton Sentenced in Spokane County to four years for first-degree robbery, Tipton was released to Spokane County after serving two years, three months and 20 days.

John Rogers Sentenced in Chelan County to four years, seven months for first-degree robbery, Rogers was released to Spokane County after serving two years, 10 months and 27 days.

Paul Wingert Sentenced in Spokane County to six years, five months for first-degree robbery, Wingert was released to Clallam County after serving three years, five months and 21 days.

Daniel Froehlich Sentenced in Spokane County to one year and one month for second-degree robbery, Froehlich was released to Spokane County after serving six months and one day.

Angela Rivers Sentenced in Spokane County to one year, two months for second-degree robbery, Rivers was released to King County after serving five months and 18 days.

Michael Teasley Sentenced in Spokane County to five years for first-degree assault, Teasley was released to Spokane County after serving three years, 11 months and 16 days.

Carl Streeter Sentenced in Yakima County to five years for second-degree assault, Streeter was released to Spokane County after serving four years, six months and 24 days.

Brett Marcell Sentenced in Spokane County to two years, 10 months for assault, Marcell was released to Spokane County after serving 10 months and nine days.

Chester Winegar Sentenced in Clark County to five years, three months for second-degree burglary, Winegar was released to Spokane County after serving three years, seven months and three days.

Kenneth Kelsey Sentenced in Spokane County to one year, five months for second-degree burglary, Kelsey was released to Stevens County after serving nine months and two days.

Gordon Gibson Sentenced in Pierce County to five years, eight months for second-degree burglary, Gibson was released to Spokane County after serving three years, eight months and eight days.

Todd Grendahl Sentenced in Spokane County to one year, three months for second-degree burglary, Grendahl was released to Spokane County after serving four months and seven days.

Elizabeth Hewes Sentenced in Stevens County to one year for theft, Hewes was released to Spokane County after serving four months and 12 days.

Kerry Flick Sentenced in Spokane County to two years, two months for theft, Flick was released to Spokane County after serving one year, five months and 25 days.

Mark Holden Sentenced in Spokane County to one year for theft, Holden was released to King after serving two months and 24 days.

Mark Roberts Sentenced in Spokane County to one year, 10 months for theft, Roberts was released to Texas after serving 12 months and one day.

Angela Law Sentenced in Spokane County to one year, two months for forgery, Law was released to Spokane County after serving three months and 21 days.

Floyd Edwards Sentenced in Spokane County to two years, two months for drug crime, Edwards was released to Spokane County after serving one year, four months and 25 days.

Creighton Leonard Sentenced in Grant County to two years, nine months for drug crime, Leonard was released to Spokane County after serving one year and 12 months.

Timothy Pearson Sentenced in Clark County to one year for a miscellaneous felony, Pearson was released to Spokane County after serving three months and 25 days.

Larry Wilbourn Sentenced in Spokane County to 12 years, four months for second-degree rape, Wilbourn was released to Pierce County after serving 11 years, one month and 17 days.

Larry McFarland Sentenced in Pierce County to eight years, four months for rape of child, McFarland was released to Spokane County after serving six years, three months and 25 days.

Allen Lafler Sentenced in Grays Harbor County to five years, six months for violent sexual abuse of a child, Lafler was released to Spokane County after serving five years, three months and 19 days.

Steven Evans Sentenced in Spokane County to four years, three months for violent sexual abuse of a child, Evans was released to Spokane County after serving three years, six months and 27 days.

John Bayles Sentenced in Spokane County to three years, nine months for sexual abuse of a child, Bayles was released to Snohomish after serving two years, six months and 13 days.

David Wood Sentenced in Spokane County to six years, five months for first-degree robbery, Wood was released to Spokane County after serving four years, two months and 12 days.

Aaron Wheeler Sentenced in Spokane County to three years, five months for second-degree assault, Wheeler was released to Colorado after serving two years, one month and 24 days.

Kendrick Mason Sentenced in Spokane County to one year for assault, Mason was released to Spokane County after serving one month and 17 days.
