Banks: Most branches closed.

Mail: No delivery, but post office box service provided at the Riverside and Liberty Park stations.

Government offices: Federal, state, county and city offices closed.

Libraries: Spokane city and county libraries closed.

Parking meters: Free.

Buses: Spokane Transit Authority service on regular weekday schedule.

Garbage: Pickups continue on regular schedule.
