A grant from the Junior League will enable the ARC of Spokane to create a resource library for parents of developmentally disabled children.
In addition to 100 books and resource guides, the agency plans to buy a computer program that helps parents learn how to raise their children.
The library will be at the ARC, 127 W. Boone.
The ARC of Spokane also offers training, advocacy and support groups for parents of developmentally disabled children.
