Comments Sought On Infant Program

The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare is conducting public hearings to gather comments about the Idaho Infant Toddler Program.

The agency is responsible for identifying children who need services because of developmental delays or those who are at risk of delay, evaluating their needs, coordinating services and protecting children and families’ rights.

The public is invited to comment on the agency’s application for federal funding under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. The comment period closes March 10.

Copies of the application are available at regional adult/child development centers.
