Mr. And Mrs. Speakman Spokane

Jay W. and Marianne Jean Speakman observed their 50th wedding anniversary with a private celebration on Jan. 10.

Hosts for the celebration were their children and spouses: Annette Steffenson, Spokane; Kenneth Speakman, Cibola, Ariz.; Celeste and Mark Christenson, Eagle River, Alaska; and Yvonne Speakman, Portland.

The couple was married Jan. 10, 1948, in Santa Barbara, Calif. They have five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
