Pine Hill Jams, from Freda Miller of Valley, Wash., come in six fruity, flavorful varieties: strawberry, red raspberry, peach, peach pineapple, blueberry and cherry.

Miller and two of her daughters make as much as 225 pints of jam a day, but she tries not to get too far ahead to make sure it will still taste fresh on the shelf.

Now, if you could just find a good homemade biscuit in the stores.
