Third Suspect Named In Killing

From Staff Reports

Spokane County sheriff’s detectives have identified a third suspect in the Dec. 23 shooting death of 20-year-old Jeremy Moore in the Spokane Valley.

A warrant for the arrest of Gary B. Olive, 30, was issued Thursday. The warrant charges Olive with first-degree murder and would hold him on $750,000 bond. He has not been located.

Christopher C. Gober, 19, and Edward Burrow, 22, remain jailed after their arrests Jan. 2 at a Coeur d’Alene home. The Post Falls men also are charged with first-degree murder.

Gober also is being held on a $500,000 bench warrant for failing to appear for sentencing in an unrelated Coeur d’Alene drive-by shooting last spring.

The three are charged with the slaying of Moore, who died when he was shot in the head at close range, allegedly following an argument with the men.

County investigators will not say which man they believe pulled the trigger.
