Third Suspect Arrested In Valley Slaying
Sheriff’s deputies have captured the third man wanted in the shooting death of a Spokane Valley resident.
Gary B. Olive was arrested Saturday on a warrant charging him with first-degree murder. He is being held in the Spokane County Jail.
Deputies said they found the 30-year-old Olive hiding in a mobile home on East Wellesley about 2 a.m. He gave up without incident.
He is suspected of taking part in the shotgun slaying of 20-year-old Jeremy Moore on Dec. 23. Moore was shot in the head at close range after an argument in his Valley apartment.
Two Idaho men - 19-year-old Christopher Gober and 22-year-old Edward Burrow - also have been arrested. , DataTimes
