Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. FELONIES

Clinton D. Armstrong 23, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/grand theft, $5,000 bond.

Brian E. Blasky 42, Post Falls, parole violation/possession of a controlled substance, $5,000 bond.

Richard W. Crosley 39, Post Falls, felony driving while suspended (three counts), $15,000 bond.

Steven M. Davis 43, Rathdrum, failure to appear/possession of marijuana (over three ounces), $5,000 bond.

Stephen L. Sprague 44, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/parole hearing for arson, $10,000.
