Mukogawa, Children’s Choruses Performing Sunday At Sfcc

The Mukogawa University High School Chorus will perform with the Spokane Area Children’s Chorus and the Ferris High School Canterbury Belles at 3 p.m. on Sunday. The performance will be in the Spokane Falls Community College Music Hall.

The Mukogawa chorus will sing traditional Japanese folk songs in addition to classical and contemporary Japanese music. The Spokane Area Children’s Chorus Ensemble will sing an Irish poem called “Blessing” as well as the popular “The Sow Took the Measles.”

The concert will benefit the Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery and the Ronald McDonald House. Donations will be accepted at the door. , DataTimes
