Coeur d’Alene used free throws Tuesday night to remain undefeated in Inland Empire League girls basketball play.

The Vikings shot 20 of 30 from the line to hold off the host Trojans 58-50 at Post Falls.

Ali Johnson and Lindsey Stark had 14 and 12 points, respectively, to lead Coeur d’Alene (6-1 overall, 3-0 in league).

The Trojans, winless in league, got 16 points from Jenny McVeigh. Mackenzie Sinclair added nine points and seven rebounds.

Breanna Sande’s 11 points led Lake City. Gregory finished with a team-high 11 points, with Jeremy Patterson adding six points – all on fourth-quarter 3-pointers.
