Young painter’s show counted ‘a big success’

More than 400 people attended a local art show last week featuring works by child artist Akiane Kramarik of Post Falls.

Akiane, 10, is nationally known for her detailed paintings. Her recent works are “Jesus, The Missing Years,” “Dophins” and “Pyramids.” These and other paintings and prints were at the show, held at Originals Digital Color in Coeur d’Alene, where prints of Akiane’s work are processed.

Owners Chris and Linda Gibbs reported that they processed orders for more than four hours nontop last Saturday. “The show was a big success,” they said.

Prints of Akiane’s work are on display at Originals Digital Color at 215 Kathleen Ave., Coeur d’Alene.
