The nutrition calculation that followed a turkey recipe Wednesday was actually for the Make-Ahead Mashed Potato Casserole.
The Spokesman-Review was unable to calculate the exact nutrition information for the roast turkey, because it is impossible to tell how much of the brine solution a turkey would absorb.
Rides available to meal sites
Because of incorrect information provided to the newspaper, a Saturday story about community meal sites in Spokane Valley contained an error.
The Spokane Valley Foundation provides free van transportation to lunches served at Spokane Valley Senior Center and Opportunity Presbyterian Church (509-924-0410).
The Spokane Valley Senior Center operates its own van and charges $2 to $3 for a round-trip ride.
