Free Thanksgiving meals offered

Here is a list of free Thanksgiving Day meals being served Thursday by local organizations.

Boundary County

3-Mile Café – serving dinner from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the restaurant at U.S. Highway 95 and state Highway 2 just north of Bonners Ferry. For more information, call 267-2541.

Bonner Gospel Mission – serving dinner from noon to 3 p.m. at the mission, 455 Triangle Drive in Ponderay. For more information, call 263-6698.

Kootenai County

Center of Light Church of Coeur d’Alene – is sponsoring their seventh annual free Thanksgiving Day meal, served from noon until 2 p.m. at the Lake City Senior Center, 1916 Lakewood Drive, Coeur d’Alene. For more information, call Michael Hillicoss at (509) 226-3208 or (208) 457-0153.

St. George’s Catholic Church in Post Falls – serving dinner from 3-5 p.m., at the church at 2010 N. Lucas and 21st. For more information, call 773-4715.

Shoshone County

Silver Valley Worship Center – serving dinner from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the activity center at 306 Northview in Smelterville. For more information, call 783-8902.
