Hispanic Heritage Dinners – In observance of National Hispanic Heritage Month, the Hispanic/Latino Resource Center, El Centro de Spokane, will hold benefit dinners on Friday evenings through Oct. 15. Dinners are 6-8 p.m. at the East Central Community Center, 500 S. Stone, and include Hispanic arts, crafts, music, guest speaker, and a theme and menu reflecting the diversity of Spokane’s Hispanic Community: Mexican theme on Friday; South American, Sept. 24; Central American, Oct.1; Caribbean, Oct. 8; and Latin Festival, Oct. 15.
