AARP/Tax Aide Volunteers – Spokane Tax-Aide is looking for volunteers with backgrounds in communications, public relations and computer skills. Training is provided, and materials are free. Empowering Inc. – Volunteers are needed to help run children’s programs in the Spokane School District. Activities are experiential and include the arts, music and writing to teach teamwork, leadership and problem-solving. For information call Keith at 251-2328.

Friends of the Centennial Trail – Many volunteer opportunities are available to work in trail cleanup, trade show booths and in the office.
