Look at my treasure!

Kathleen Winters has a collection of more than 25 vintage lithographs and a number of vintage prints decorating the walls of her home.

Her collection began with a pair of prints that belonged to her family. “The wolf and ship pictures were in my home as a child,” she wrote. “I think half the homes of the day had copies of these two prints.”

Winters seeks prints with a theme. “Eleven of the pictures have moons in them,” she wrote. “The rest have mountains, snow or water in them.”

She is particularly drawn to images with a blue background.

“I guess my favorite is Maxfield Parrish’s ‘Daybreak,’ but, of course, I love them all,” Winters wrote.
