Washington State University-Spokane has put out a request for proposals to develop a five-acre parcel the school owns near its Riverpoint campus. The centerpiece of the property is the historic Jensen-Byrd building.
Student housing, a joint campus for the YMCA and YWCA, and a Pike Place Market-like facility are some of the ideas being discussed for the property.
