OUTSTANDING WARRANTS

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Janice L. Barker – 49, Rathdrum, grand theft, presenting illegally obtained lottery tickets, $10,000 bond.

Thomas G. Marlin – 45, Otis Orchards, burglary (four counts), lottery ticket violations (13 counts), $10,000 bond.

Timothy H. Olsen – 43, Spirit Lake, failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance, $50,000 bond.

Brandon T. Speckman – 21, Kingston, failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine, 20 days in jail.

Michael W. White – 47, Rathdrum, failure to appear/manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, $50,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Daniel J. Billingsley – 27, Athol, domestic battery (three counts), malicious injury to property, violation of a protection order (three counts), destruction of a telephone device, $35,000 bond.

Ernst L. Bizzell – 21, Coeur d’Alene, operating a motor vehicle on Centennial Trail, $300 bond.

Shae A. Crump – 20, Coeur d’Alene, possession of paraphernalia, $500 bond.

Matthew A. Davies – 20, Post Falls, driving while suspended (two counts), failure to appear/driving while suspended, $7,000 bond.

Lindell A. Edmonds III – 21, Coeur d’Alene, driving while suspended, $1,500 bond.

Zachary R. Farner – 21, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, 28 days in jail.

Spencer L. Foote – 18, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/minor in possession of alcohol, $1,000 bond.

Caleb V. P. Gooding – 22, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, invalid driver’s license, minor in possession of alcohol (two counts), no insurance, $6,000 bond.

Thomas R. Grimm – 33, Coeur d’Alene, invalid driver’s license (two counts), $641 bond.

Melanie K. Hansen – 18, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/petty theft, $500 bond.

Kamron E. Jones – 21, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $2,000 bond.

Scott M. Kirby – 19, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving while suspended, two days in jail.

James E. Lilly III – 19, Coeur d’Alene, failure to obey citation, $1,000 bond.

Tara M. Woolsey – 25, Post Falls, frequenting a place where drugs/alcohol used, $1,000 bond.

Logan M. Young – 22, Hayden, no insurance, $300 bond.
