Christerson leads Reardan girls

Jen Christerson scored 16 points to lead Reardan as the Indians won a rescheduled Bi-County League girls game at Odessa on Monday night, 53-42.

The game had been postponed from the first week of the season because Reardan was involved in the state football playoffs.

Andrea Kuch, the leading scorer for Odessa (4-3), reportedly dislocated a finger in the first quarter and was taken to a hospital to have it reset. She returned to play in the fourth quarter, scoring eight of her nine points as the Tigers trimmed a 16-point deficit to the final margin.

•Colton and LaCrosse-Washtucna will play for the championship of the Troy Christmas Tournament tonight after winning first-round games.

Alisa Moehrle highlighted her third double-double of the season with a career-high 19 points, augmenting it with 10 rebounds, to lead Colton (2-2) to a 64-39 win over the host school. Sammie Druffel also had her third double-double in four games, 12 points and 12 rebounds. LaCrosse-Washtucna beat Potlatch 52-42.

Boys

Reardan (3-1) carried a hot start to a 56-44 win at Odessa (5-2) in a Bi-County League game rescheduled from the first week because Reardan was in the state football playoffs.

Brennan Pollock hit two 3-pointers while scoring a game-high 21 points to lead Potlatch to a 53-43 win over LaCrosse-Washtucna in the first round of the Troy Christmas Tournament.
