One game separates the top five basketball teams on the girls side, and three games this week may break up the logjam. Deer Park (10-3, 3-2), tied for fourth place with Pullman, hosts third-place Riverside (11-2, 4-2) on Friday night. Saturday night, Pullman (8-5, 3-2) heads to Chewelah (11-2, 4-1), tied for first with Lakeside. Tuesday night, Lakeside (11-2, 4-1) plays at DP. Two of these five will get to play in the State 2A tournament, March 9-12 in Yakima.
