Public meetings on city’s pools – Spokane Park Board’s Aquatics Citizens Advisory Committee will accept public comments on the future of the city’s pools Thursday, 7 p.m., Southside Senior Center, 3151 E. 27th; next Wednesday, 7 p.m., West Central Community Center, 1603 N. Community Summit on Citizen Diplomacy – Friday, 2-5 p.m., downtown Doubletree Hotel, being held in conjunction with the National Sister Cities Conference. Visitors from around the globe will be at the conference and the summit. Seating is limited and registration is advised; 465-5971.
